Pricing Policy
Barbados Dress Rentals reserves the right to increase prices, put items on sale or reduce pricing at any time.
We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing on Barbadosdressrentals.com, but despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount when your order is shipped. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping. If we are unable to contact you after 15 days we will cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Both you and Monif C. agree that this dispute resolution procedure is a condition precedent which must be satisfied prior to initiating any litigation or filing any claim against the other party.
Termination
These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Barbados Dress Rentals You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Barbados Dress Rentals also may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, and accordingly may deny you access to the Site, if in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term or provision of the Agreement. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes.
