Group Photoshoots

Thanks for your interest in our flying dress photoshoot! This is a FULL SERVICE option in which we do all of the work for you! We will organize a once-in-a-lifetime photoshoot using our flying dresses! We bring the photographer, flying dress assistant, we provide posing help, light styling, and retouch and deliver your images to you.

How it works:

1. Reserve Your Flying Dress Package first by choosing the color dress you'd like to wear.

2. Prior to adding the product to your shopping bag, you will be prompted to select the day and time for your photoshoot. If a day/time is not available it is because that slot is already sold out.

3. That's It!  Get ready for your shoot, our team will be in touch with you once we receive your booking!

We love to shoot group photoshoots, whether its a girls trip, mother/daughter or just two people who want to shoot together. For groups of 2 - 4, we provide a discount of $100 USD off per person, use code: GROUP. For groups of 5 or more, we provide a discount of $150 USD off per person, use code: GROUP150.

Flying Dresses cannot be rented on their own, they are only available in the full service photoshoot option.

We are able to schedule your photoshoot to be at any location in Barbados. When you make your booking, you can let us know where you are located and we will do our best to come to your location and/or find a location that is close to you unless you'd like to shoot elsewhere. We typically shoot on beaches but if you prefer a garden location, we are able to accommodate. We also love off the way locations so let us know your vision and we'll try to make it happen!

Our Flying Dresses fit sizes XS - 4X.

The available times for photoshoots are 7am, 10am, 1pm, 4:30pm. You will get great sunlight during any time slot but if you would like a sunset shoot, you should select 4:30pm.

For group shoots, we aim to provide at least 2 shots per person and 4 group shots. This is completely dependent on the size of the group. Smaller groups (2 - 4) typically receive more shots because there are less people to shoot. We will discuss how many images you can expect to get during the shoot prior to booking by emailing us at info@barbadosdressrentals.com.

• 1 Year Photo Backup in case of image loss. You may also request your un-retouched images in the event you'd like to have additional images retouched. Images can be retouched at a cost of $30/image.
• Photos delivered in both high and low resolutions (JPG and raw formats). Suitable for high quality printing as well web and social media use

Barbados typically has sunshine most days 365 days a year but during rainy season, you may experience intermittent rain. Usually that rain is transient and does not occur all day but in some cases it does. We will always do our best to reschedule shoots and will keep clients abreast of possible weather disturbances that may affect their shoot. We recommend that you schedule your shoot early in your vacation so that if we need to reschedule the day or time, we have some flexibility.

As part of our marketing for BDR, we typically post client images and behind the scenes videos on our social media, advertising and website post shoot. Unless our clients request that their images/videos not be used in our marketing prior to the shoot, we reserve the right to utilize these images and video.

All bookings are final and no refunds will be issued on Flying Dress photoshoots. If your photoshoot is affected by inclement weather, we will attempt to reschedule it. If we are not able to reschedule your shoot, we will issue a refund.
