Booking Info For Cruisers

Thanks for your interest in our flying dress photoshoot! This is a FULL SERVICE option in which we do all of the work for you! We will organize a once-in-a-lifetime photoshoot using our flying dresses! We bring the photographer, flying dress assistant, we provide posing help, light styling, and retouch and deliver your images to you.

How it works:

1. Reserve Your Flying Dress Package first by choosing the color dress you'd like to wear.

2. Prior to adding the product to your shopping bag, you will be prompted to select the day and time for your photoshoot. If a day/time is not available it is because that slot is already sold out.

3. That's It!  Get ready for your shoot, our team will be in touch with you once we receive your booking!

• 1 Year Photo Backup in case of image loss. You may also request your un-retouched images in the event you'd like to have additional images retouched. Images can be retouched at a cost of $30/image.
• Photos delivered in high resolution (JPG). Suitable for high quality printing as well web and social media use

DEFINITELY! We typically shoot cruisers in our 10am photoshoot time slot as most cruises arrive in Bridgetown Port at 8am. Please note our 10am slots are our most popular time slot so if you are traveling on a cruise, we highly recommend you book your photoshoot far in advance. We shoot cruisers at Carlisle Bay which is a short drive from the Port. Most cruisers will plan to spend the day at a beach bar on Carlisle Bay (Boatyard is most popular) and after they do their shoot they will enjoy lunch, beach and water sports at Carlisle Bay. We are able to organize transportation but it is quite easy to get a taxi in the port and let them know you are going to Carlisle Bay/Boatyard.

Absolutely! If your partner is not wearing one of the flying dresses, they can join the shoot for no additional cost. If they are joining and will need a flying dress, see below for our photoshoot discount for multiple participants. Barbados Dress Rentals is LGBTQIA+ friendly!

We love to shoot group photoshoots, whether its a girls trip, mother/daughter or just two people who want to shoot together. For groups of 2 - 4, we provide a discount of $100 USD off per person, use code: GROUP. For groups of 5 or more, we provide a discount of $150 USD off per person, use code: GROUP150.

Barbados typically has sunshine most days 365 days a year but during rainy season, you may experience intermittent rain. Usually that rain is transient and does not occur all day but in some cases it does. Given that cruisers are only on island usually for 1 day, if there is inclement weather, we will fully refund your photoshoot if it is not possible to reschedule you.
