In your photoshoot, we will take drone images and video of you floating on clear blue waters in a crystal clear kayak! The Clear Kayak Barbados Drone Photoshoot is THE Perfect "Thing To Do" in Barbados! Photoshoots take place on beaches on the South or West coast and we will determine the best location based on your needs. Photoshoots are done in shallow water and our kayaks are manned by a staff member to ensure your safety.

DEFINITELY! Please book online and add a note that you are visiting on a cruise.
Where do you do photoshoots?
We typically shoot on the South Coast of the island, plan for approximately 35 minutes (without traffic) from Wyndham, Crane or any locations in St. Philip. 12-15 minutes from locations along the south coast like Oistins, Dover, St. Lawrence Gap. Depending on weather, seaweed or beach conditions, we may have to shoot at another beach and will update you if our location has changed.
I have a group that wants to do the photoshoot together, how does that work?
We love to shoot group clear kayak drone photoshoots. Please contact us to discuss more.
What time of day is best for the photoshoot?
Our available slots are from 10am - 4pm. Direct sunlight overhead occurs between 10am and 1pm and 2 - 4pm shoots are more appropiate for shoots that have a sunset feel and are moodier in lighting.
How many photos will I get?

What happens if there is inclement weather?
Barbados typically has sunshine most days 365 days a year but during rainy season, you may experience intermittent rain. Usually that rain is transient and does not occur all day but in some cases it does. We will always do our best to reschedule shoots and will keep clients abreast of possible weather disturbances that may affect their shoot. We recommend that you schedule your shoot early in your vacation so that if we need to reschedule the day or time, we have some flexibility.
Does Barbados Dress Rentals use my images/behind the scenes video for anything after the photoshoot is completed?
As part of our marketing for BDR, we typically post client images and behind the scenes videos on our social media, advertising and website post shoot. Unless our clients request that their images/videos not be used in our marketing prior to the shoot, we reserve the right to utilize these images and video.
What other terms should I be aware of when booking the Clear Kayak Drone Experience?
We accept cancellations on clear kayak photoshoots up to 72 hours prior to your shoot. If you cancel no less than 72 hours prior to your shoot, we will issue a full refund. After 72 hours, no refunds will be issued on Clear Kayak photoshoots. If your photoshoot is affected by inclement weather, we will attempt to reschedule it. If we are not able to reschedule your shoot, we will issue a refund. No-shows will not be refunded and will be considered a completed photoshoot.
